Our classes include training in Daoist Qigong, Medical Qigong and Tai Chi Qigong, catering to all levels of experience and offering workshops across Sydney.
The school provides a range of of ways to learn Qigong. We offer weekly classes, private workshops, 8 week courses and intensive 2 day trainings.
We also partner with corporate clients, community organisations, local councils and retirement villages for private workshops. Qigong practice can benefit people from all ages and walks of life.
