Radical Calm: Qigong Activation

We are all capable of learning the skills, tools and practices needed to help quieten our minds, to tune into clarity of our thoughts, and to live life with our fullest attention.
Yet too often the busyness, to-do lists and priorities of city living get in the way of making the time to connect to more joy, greater abundance and inner calm as a way of being.
This afternoon workshop for beginners is an invitation to connect to such deeper states of consciousness through the system of White Tiger Qigong and the potent combination of knowledge, wisdom and ancient practices that offer you the supports to start feeling calmer immediately.
During our 2h class we will focus on learning forms from the 8 Trigram Organ Qigong series which includes a combination of breathing techniques, Qigong movement meditations and the ancient 6 healing sounds.
You host, certified White Tiger Qigong instructor Adam Wiltshire, will be leading from the front and guiding you on a journey through breath, body and spirit along the path to Radical Calm.

This workshop is limited to 19 participants in compliance with the NSW guidelines. Sign-in procedures, hand sanitiser and optional face masks will be provided. The venue size complies with social distancing spacing standards.
