Tai Chi and Qigong

The ancient arts of Tai Chi and Qigong have been practiced for centuries. Qigong practice is a simple way for people to learn movement meditation.

It’s like a gentle style of Chinese yoga that gives you a full body workout that leaves you walking away feeling deeply relaxed, clear minded and peaceful.

Our classes include training in Daoist Qigong, Medical Qigong and Tai Chi Qigong, catering to all levels of experience and offering workshops across Sydney.

The school provides a range of of ways to learn Qigong. We offer weekly classes, private workshops, 8 week courses and intensive 2 day trainings.

We also partner with corporate clients, community organisations, local councils and retirement villages for private workshops. Qigong practice can benefit people from all ages and walks of life.
